Calida is a boutique commercial construction company specialising in high-end retail, hospitality and commercial projects across Sydney.We are seeking an experienced Accountant/Bookkeeperto join our Rosebery office on a temporary full time basis from late October **** to the end of February ****, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping/accounting experience and be confident working across MYOB and Vista.The Role:Bank reconciliations and maintenance of financial recordsAccounts payable and receivableMonthly payroll processingMonthly cash flow management and cost reportingMaintain debtors, bonds, bank guarantees, retentions and deposit schedulesGeneral Ledger, journal entries and Trial BalancePrepare financial summaries,



balance sheets and cash flow reportsConsolidate project cost reportsLiaise with suppliers, project teams and external accountantsPrepare financial reports for Directors and the leadership teamAbout You:Experienced Accountant/Bookkeeper with strong all-round accounting knowledgeStrong experience using MYOB, with Vista experience highly regardedExperience across payroll, AP/AR, reconciliations and financial reportingHigh attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsConstruction industry experience advantageous
