This is a great opportunity to join the growing marketing team at a respected investment management business in Australia.You'll run a busy calendar of conferences, roadshows, webinars, client events and partnership activations, helping the business engage with financial advisers, dealer groups and investors nationally.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver a national events program, from large conferences and roadshows to roundtables, webinars and client functions, looking after venues, suppliers, travel, catering, registrations and guest communicationsBring sponsorships and industry partnerships to life so the brand gets strong visibility and a real return from each oneWork with sales, product, leadership, external partners and suppliers to make sure every event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impressionProduce adviser invitations,



emails and marketing materials, and support wider B2B activity, including campaigns, product launches and adviser engagement programsTrack and report on event results, and use the insights to improve performance and the attendee experience over timeWhat You'll BringAround 2 to 5 years in a B2B marketing, events, partnerships or sponsorship roleStrong planning skills and a sharp eye for detail, with the ability to juggle several projects and still deliver high-quality workConfident communication and the ability to build good relationships with stakeholders at every levelHands-on experience with CRM or marketing platforms is highly regarded, and a background in financial services, wealth or professional services is a bonus but not essentialA proactive, solutions-focused attitude and a willingness to get stuck in wherever you're neededPlease NoteThis role will involve some evening events and interstate travel.
