We are a NSW-based traffic and transport consultancy with offices in Newcastle and Sydney, delivering high-quality traffic engineering and road safety services across metropolitan and regional projects.We are seeking a motivated and technically strong Traffic Engineer to join our growing team.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of Development Applications (DA), infrastructure upgrades, construction traffic management, and Road Safety Audits throughout NSW.If you enjoy solving real-world transport challenges, working closely with private developers and design teams, and liaising with councils and Transport for NSW to achieve approvals — this role is for you.About the RoleYou will be responsible for preparing Traffic Impact Assessments and transport reports to support development and infrastructure projects across NSW.
You will also be involved in undertaking and contributing to Road Safety Audits across various project stages.You'll collaborate with planners, architects, project managers, developers, and contractors to deliver compliant, practical,



and commercially sound traffic outcomes.What We're Looking ForDegree in Civil or Traffic/Transport Engineering2–5 years' traffic engineering experience in NSWStrong understanding of the NSW planning frameworkExperience with SIDRA and AutoTURNStrong technical report writing skillsAbility to manage projects independently and meet deadlinesNSW Drivers LicenseRoad Safety Audit accreditation (Level 1–3) is highly regardedWhy Join Us?
