Toll is seeking 4 x Business Analysts / Accounts Clerks to support a time-critical project focused on clearing a significant backlog of invoicing relating to Dedicated Distribution Service (DDS) loads and Network Carrier jobs.Successful applicants must hold a minimum Baseline Clearance and be an Australian Citizen.The project involves reviewing and closing out over 100,000 orders, helping accelerate invoice recovery, reduce revenue leakage and address aged debt exposure.Key ResponsibilitiesClosing out DDS job events and POD data to enable invoicingReconciling carrier payments and reciprocal invoicing to ADFLiaising with Commercial teams regarding invoice format and data captureCollating evidence for jobs processed incorrectly in ERP/TMS systemsValidating MT data recordsReviewing and resolving missing freight orders, POD events and invoice discrepanciesSupporting carrier reconciliation and invoice validationAbout YouMinimum Baseline Security Clearance is requiredMUST be Australian CitizenExperience in Business Analysis, Accounts, Invoicing,
