Mercure Sydney Blacktown is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Part Time Commis Chef to join our team of hospitality professionals.
You will be working mainly the breakfast shift, preparing & serving food for the hotel buffet breakfast and food prep for our all-day dining menu and Distrikt Cafe.Develop and maintain solid relationships with suppliers to ensure quality ingredients, while delivering high standards of food preparation, presentation and service.
