With continued growth ahead, there's plenty of opportunity to make an impact and grow with the business.Your roles:Manage inbound leads from initial enquiry through to sale, using an established sales processBuild customer relationships through phone, email and in-person meetingsConduct site inspections, measurements and quoting for larger opportunitiesCoordinate installers,



measurements and installations across the national networkManage orders with manufacturers and ensure a smooth process from sale to deliveryDevelop and maintain relationships with commercial customers, architects and developersManage customer enquiries and provide ongoing supportLook for ways to improve processes, efficiency and the overall customer experienceAbout you:Previous experience in an inbound sales role, ideally dealing with quotes, qualifying leads and dealing with A&D;, Commercial, SMB and Medium BusinessesConfident, professional and genuinely enjoys talking to people and building relationshipsOrganised and able to manage multiple leads, customers and prioritiesSelf-motivated and comfortable working independently without being micromanagedA team player who enjoys working closely with others and sharing ideasFlexible and adaptable in a rapid-growing, changing environmentProactive and entrepreneurial, with a desire to help shape and grow the businessThe perksAward-winning, fast-growing businessSell a product customers loveNo cold calling or hard sellingCompetitive package + generous incentivesReal chance to grow and make an impactCollaborative team with a great culture
