Many of these services are also delivered via outreach to remote communities.About the role:The Network seeks expressions of interest to take on the role of Practice Nurse (RN) to work between our Northam site.
Working hours will be Monday to Friday between 8.30 am – 4.30 pm.
Essential Selection Criteria: Registered Nurse with Unconditional AHPRA registration A strong work focus with commitment to high skilled standards and ethicsUnderstanding of Chronic Disease, Health Assessments,



Care Plans and Team Care ArrangementsHave a high level of communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and within the teamAn understanding of the Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) would be an advantage but not essentialHigh level of computer literacy, able to learn new software programs.
