As the regional lead for partner activation across Australia and New Zealand, you will turn partnership potential into active, high-performing referral channels.
You will bridge global strategy and local execution, delivering targeted activation campaigns, agent enablement tools, and joint co-marketing initiatives.
Working directly alongside partner sales teams, your main focus is onboarding, educating, and motivating agents to generate consistent, repeat referral volume.This is a 12-month, part time contract (23 hours per week).
We offer flexible working arrangements, and the role is 100% remote across Australia.Key responsibilitiesExecute partner growth programmes across ANZ, working directly with sales teams to onboard and educate agents to drive ongoing referralsOwn the self-serve partner marketing toolkit in Canva Enterprise end-to‐end, keeping assets current, engaging, and fully compliant with local regulatory requirementsRun joint marketing initiatives with key partners (webinars, local events, case studies, and digital campaigns) to boost brand presence and highlight partner winsTrack key activation metrics (active agents, referral volume, time-to-first-trade, and revenue uplift)
