Junior Receptionist & Property Officer – Property Management Traineeship

This role is designed for someone at the beginning of their career. You will receive on-the-job training and mentoring while developing the practical skills and knowledge required to succeed in property management. As part of the traineeship, you will also have the opportunity to study towards your Assistant Agent Certificate, providing you with a recognised pathway into the real estate industry.

Key responsibilities
Welcoming clients, tenants and visitors in a skilled and friendly manner
Answering incoming calls and responding to general enquiries
Providing administrative support to the Property Management team
Assisting with property management administration and documentation
Coordinating appointments, keys and general office enquiries
Assisting with routine property management tasks
Communicating with tenants, owners, contractors and other stakeholders
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring files are kept up to date




Supporting the team with day-to-day office and property management duties
Learning the fundamentals of property management and the residential tenancy process

Friendly, professional and confident when speaking with people
Well organised and able to manage multiple tasks
Reliable, punctual and keen to develop new skills
A strong communicator with positive attention to detail
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Positive, enthusiastic and willing to be part of a team
Interested in building a long-term career in property management
A current driver's licence is desirable
