About the Role

Due to career progression within the team, we are currently seeking a full time Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our busy office. If you pride yourself on professionalism, strong communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail, we’d love to hear from you. While experience in the real estate industry is advantageous, it is not essential.

Key Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for clients in person and over the phone
Handle incoming calls and general office enquiries




Provide administrative support to our Holiday Letting, Sales and Property Management teams
Communicate professionally with tenants, clients, and contractors

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in reception or administration
Robust computer literacy and confidence with office systems
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
