The successful candidate will work as an all-rounder, supporting both the front-of-house team and general restaurant operations. Key responsibilities
Customer Service and Support kitchen staff when required.
Welcome customers in a friendly and skilled manner.
Assist customers with seating and general enquiries.
Take and communicate customer orders accurately.
Provide friendly and efficient table service.
Deliver food and drinks to customers.
Explicit plates, dishes and tables.
Maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming dining area.
Respond politely and professionally to customer requests.
Handle customer concerns respectfully and seek assistance from senior staff when required.
Assist with payments and basic point-of-sale duties when trained.
Assist with takeaway orders and packaging.
