The Reject Shop is seeking a hands-on Store Manager for our Melbourne store. You will lead a team of 10–15 and run the store on the floor, not in an office. Manage stock, service and standards with a practical, do-it-yourself leadership style.
You’ll have a real growth path as we invest in the Australian business. Sunday hours are off, and every second Saturday is also off, with a explicit weekend break pattern to balance the role.
