About the role

We are seeking an experienced and organised HR Administrator to provide hands‑on support to a busy Coolaroo RHD organization. This is a wide-ranging role combining general HR administration, recruitment coordination and broader office support. Working 4.5 hours per day 5 days per week, starting and finishing times can be versatile.

Key responsibilities
Coordinating end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding
HR documentation and employee records
Supporting managers with probation reviews and employee processes
Assisting with HR compliance,



reporting and workforce data
Coordinating culture initiatives, engagement activities and events
Supporting HR systems, process improvements and training records
Acting as a trusted first point of contact for employee queries

About you
Previous experience in a HR Administration or HR Coordinator role
Robust organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
Understanding of Fair Work and employment legislation fundamentals
A resilient, adaptable and team-oriented approach
