The Catholic Diocese of Maitland-Singleton is seeking a Parish Secretary to support the Parish Office. Based in Singleton, you will handle clerical tasks, financial processing, records management, and communications for the Parish Priest and community.

You will be the first point of contact for parishioners, visitors and volunteers, creating a welcoming setting while coordinating office procedures and projects.
