Randstad is seeking an Operations Officer to join a high-volume bank guarantees team in Parramatta. The role handles end-to-end issuance of bank guarantees in a busy workplace with a 24-hour SLA, working in a hybrid mode after an initial full time training period.

You will review approved files, perform quality and risk checks on lending values, and collaborate with offshore colleagues to ensure smooth handovers.
