What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:
Has at least 1 year of experience in Australian community pharmacy (essential)
Has experience as a Dispensary Technician
Is confident, accurate, and efficient in dispensary workflow




Takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and maintaining high dispensary standards
Genuinely enjoys helping customers and supporting patient care
Works well in a team and contributes to a positive, skilled environment
Can work independently and take ownership of their role
Has strong attention to detail and a proactive approach

What the Role Involves

As a Dispensary Technician , your responsibilities will include:
Taking in and handing out prescriptions
Dispensing medications and processing S3 and S4 requests
Assisting with dispensary workflow and day-to-day operations
Stock management tasks such as stocktaking, ordering, and reporting
Processing sales and helping maintain an organised, efficient dispensary
Supporting the team in delivering a high standard of customer service and patient care

This is a full-time position of 38 hours per week .
