Path Bookkeeping is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our growing team.
This is ideally a full-time position, however we may offer flexibility for the right candidate.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:
3–5+ years' bookkeeping or accounting experience
Experience using Xero and/or MYOB, and other payroll software programs, such as Employment Hero
Experience with preparing workpapers
Strong Microsoft 365 skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and client relationship skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Local candidates based in or near Tamworth are highly encouraged to apply.About the RoleYou will work closely with a portfolio of clients, managing their day-to-day bookkeeping and supporting their financial operations.Key responsibilities:
Manage client inboxes and queries
Perform bank reconciliations
Process accounts payable and receivable
Complete end-of-month reconciliations and journals
Prepare Activity Statements (BAS/IAS)
Provide end to end payroll processing
