Our sales floor is growing quick, with significant hiring planned through ****, and we're looking for our first dedicated HR Manager to run it.This is a hands-on human resources role.
You'll own recruitment for our junior stockbrokers from ad to offer, support hiring across the wider business, and run day-to-day HR, reporting directly to our COO.What you'll doRun high-volume recruitment for junior stockbrokers: ads, shortlisting, group interviews and final hiring decisionsSupport recruitment for other roles across the businessChoose and run our applicant tracking system, and keep candidates moving quicklyLead performance management and disciplinary mattersSupport the promotion processPrepare offer letters, contracts and promotion documents from our templatesRun reference and pre-employment checks, onboarding and leave managementHelp shape HR processes as the business growsAbout you5+ years in HR management in AustraliaFinancial services experience, ideally stockbroking, wealth,
