Head of HospitalityA premier multi-venue hospitality group, is recruiting a Head of Hospitality to lead the hospitality stream across a portfolio of restaurants, bars, and hotels.
This is a senior leadership role focused on building strong leaders, setting standards, and driving consistent performance across multiple sites, with a solid emphasis on food and beverage operationsPurpose of the roleProvide overall leadership for hospitality operations across a multi-venue groupBuild a high-performing leadership layer and consistent service cultureLead stream-wide standards, systems and governance, and support operational readiness across the group (including hotel operations)Key responsibilitiesOwn the group's service and hospitality standards, and ensure they are implemented consistently across all venuesLead, coach, and performance manage venue leadersDrive food and beverage service performance: guest experience, service, team standards, and daily executionProvide hospitality leadership input into a phased hotel redevelopment project, including readiness planning, change management, and operational decision-makingPartner with venue leaders on commercial performance drivers (labour, COGS, wage efficiency, service productivity,
