This is a part-time positionoffering flexibility whilst maintaining the highest standards of service.
As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of Totem Road, engaging with customers in our premium showroom environment and guiding them through their furniture purchasing journey.
You will play a vital role in driving sales whilst building lasting relationships with our clientele and representing our brand values of quality and expertise.Key responsibilitiesGreet and welcome customers with professionalism and warmth, creating an inviting showroom atmosphereProvide expert product knowledge and recommendations tailored to individual customer needs, preferences, and budgetsConduct consultative sales conversations that understand customer requirements and showcase how our furniture solutions meet their needsDemonstrate furniture pieces effectively, highlighting design features, craftsmanship, materials, and durabilityProcess sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systemsManage customer inquiries, including delivery options, customisation possibilities, and after-sales supportBuild and maintain a robust customer database,
