Role Description
Perfect for an ambitious real estate professional looking to elevate their career, this role offers hands on exposure to the full sales process with direct mentorship from the principal.
You'll play a key role across the sales process while developing your own skills, network and profile within the local market.
Your day to day will include:
Run open homes, private inspections and buyer appointmentsProspect, cold call and actively grow the databaseFollow up buyers, vendors and leads to maximise opportunitiesLiaise with vendors, buyers,



solicitors and key stakeholdersCoordinate pest & building inspections and assist throughout the sales processAssist with property advertising, marketing and campaign coordinationBuild solid relationships with clients and the local community
Qualifications
.A genuine passion for real estate and salesStrong communication and relationship building skillsConfidence, energy and a qualified presentationA proactive approach to prospecting and business developmentA strong work ethic and willingness to learnHold a current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate LicenceDriver's license and reliable transport to attend appointments
