This position is newly created to accommodate the business growth.This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic Team ensuring that arrears are kept at an appropriate level.
The purpose of this position is to maximize recovery rates, enter into negotiations and decision making in relation to payment arrangements, settlement offers and resolving or escalating any issues that arise associated with the debt collection.
You will work closely with Partners and lawyers to gain their insights and support.You will be responsible for:Managing outstanding accounts including client calls and correspondenceNegotiate and setup of payment plans and settlements with clientsDelivering exceptional customer conversationsRegular reporting to Partnership groupAdhere to all regulatory and legislative requirementsDevelop and implement strategies to improve collections performanceYour ProfileThis role is well suited to someone who has proven experience in a similar role with excellent written and oral communication skills.
