You'll also help keep the store running smoothly day to day.

What You'll Be Doing
Customer Experience
Get to know what customers are after, share our product knowledge and brand story , and suggest the right fit and related products




Close the sale and work towards personal and team sales targets and KPIs
Handle refunds, exchanges and customer queries in line with our returns policy
Book customers in for in-store events and activations
Store Operations
Help with opening and closing and store presentation
Support daily operational tasks
Support our Customer Care team during key trading periods when needed

What You Bring
Experience in retail or customer service
Confidence approaching customers and building rapport
Availability to work weekends and peak trading periods, including the lead-up to Christmas and major sale events

Who You Are
Positive, self-motivated and a solid team player
Curious about design and technology, and passionate about fashion
Genuinely curious about product, customers and continuous improvement
Comfortable and energised in a rapid-paced, customer-facing setting
