Quality Resort Parkhurst is seeking a reliable and professional Casual Receptionist to join our front office team. This is a front desk role in a busy resort environment where you will manage guest check-in and check-out, handle reservations and enquiries, and maintain high standards of guest service.
Key responsibilities
Front desk and guest check-in/check-out
Reservations and guest enquiries
Phone and email enquiries
Cash handling and daily reception procedures
Working with the RMS property management system
Maintaining a high standard of guest service
Assisting with general reception and resort duties as required
Working a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
About you
Previous hotel or resort reception experience preferred
RMS experience is highly desirable
Qualified presentation and excellent communication skills
Reliable, responsible and able to work independently
Solid attention to detail
Friendly and welcoming manner
Versatile availability for a rotating roster
A positive and professional approach to customer service
