This role involves after-school support, weekends, and school holidays in a trauma-informed and person-centred framework.Skills:Passion for inclusion and social connectionInterpersonal and motivational skillsCooking, shopping, budgeting assistanceProfessional boundariesFlexibility under pressureResponsibilities:Support the development of independence in daily activities for the 11-year-old girl.Assist with cooking, shopping,



budgeting.Provide emotional support and encouragement.Maintain professional boundaries.Collaborate with team members effectively.Qualifications:Previous experience supporting autistic children and adolescents preferred but not essential.Valuable English skills.Current Driver's License and road-worthy vehicle.Custom Instructions by User (if applicable):NDIS Worker Screening Check required.Police Check required.Experience supporting people with ASD and anxiety preferred.What's on offer?
