With over 30 years of experience, we specialise in sourcing professional, reliable and skilled candidates for businesses of all sizes.About the RoleReporting to the Production Team, your key responsibilities will include:Preparing and processing print-ready artwork filesUsing ESKO software and CAD files to impose and position artworkRipping files and preparing plates for productionConducting pre-flight checks and quality assurance on incoming filesOperating and monitoring plate-making equipmentManual handling of printing plates and preparing them for transport to the press areaWorking autonomously within the prepress departmentTemp assignment to cover a period of leaveAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have:Previous experience in a Prepress Operator, Platemaker, or similar printing industry roleExperience with ESKO, Apogee, Amfortis, AGFA/ECO3 systems, or similar prepress softwareStrong understanding of artwork preparation, pre-flighting, imposition, and plate productionHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionComfortable with manual handling requirementsWhat's on Offer?
