CNC Machine Operator / Factory Worker – JoineryWe are an established joinery company based in Sydney looking for a reliable and experienced CNC Machine Operator / Factory Worker to join our team on a full time basis.We specialise in custom residential and commercial joinery and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is dependable, and can work efficiently in a busy joinery factory.About the role:Operate CNC machinery for cabinet and joinery productionOperate edgebander and other joinery machineryLoad and unload boards and materialsRead plans, cutting lists and job specificationsLabel, sort and prepare components for assemblyCheck measurements and finished components for accuracy and qualityAssist with cabinet assembly and general factory duties when requiredMaintain a clean, safe and organised work areaWork with the team to meet production schedules and deadlines
