The CompanyOur client is a growing contractor operating across the construction and infrastructure sectors, delivering major projects across Australia and New Zealand.With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth, they are looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join their team based in Marsden Park.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their HR career within a busy, project-driven environment, working closely with employees, managers and operational teams across the business.The RoleAs HR Administrator, you'll provide day-to-day administrative support across the employee lifecycle and help ensure HR records, documentation and processes are accurate and up to date.Your responsibilities will include:Maintaining employee records, HR documentation and personnel filesPreparing employment contracts, letters and other HR documentationSupporting onboarding and offboarding processesCoordinating pre-employment documentation and compliance requirementsAssisting with employee queries and general HR administrationUpdating HR systems and maintaining accurate employee dataSupporting recruitment and mobilisation activities where requiredAssisting the wider HR team with reporting and ad hoc projectsLiaising with managers and employees across project and office-based teamsAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused and confident working in a fast-paced setting.Ideally, you'll have:Previous experience in HR administration, HR coordination or a similar administrative roleExperience within construction, infrastructure, engineering or another project-based environment highly regardedStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential informationExcellent organisation and time management skillsConfident communication skills and the ability to deal with a range of stakeholdersGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR systemsA proactive attitude and willingness to get involved across the HR functionWhat's On OfferFull-time position based in Marsden ParkSalary up to $120k+superJoin a growing business with a strong pipeline of major projectsSupportive and collaborative team environmentExposure to a broad range of HR activitiesGenuine opportunity to develop your HR career within the construction and infrastructure sector
