You'll work closely with senior leadership and a passionate internal team, playing a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional serviceBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships through trust and communicationIdentify opportunities to add value and ensure client needs are proactively metCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and solutionsRepresent the business at client functions, events, and networking opportunitiesAbout You:You'll be an engaging communicator with a natural ability to build rapport, backed by strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset.You will bring:3+ years' experience in client relationship management, account management,
