Working closely alongside the marketing team, the role sits within a high-performing legal function that will assist the lawyers providing legal support for a customer facing area of the business.
The Paralegal will assist the legal team through offering comprehensive legal reviews of marketing and customer communications, advise on product development across full product lifecycle, which will involve drafting and updating customer terms, as well as supporting the compliance teams with regulatory frameworks.
This opportunity will be suited to a commercially minded paralegal who enjoys working closely alongside stakeholders, applying their legal skills in a practical forum,



and delivering solutions that balance risk with business objectives.Relevant Qualifications and ExperienceAdmitted as a solicitor in Australia (Potential to consider law graduates)1+ of post‐admission law legal experience or relevant paralegal experience in top‐tier law firm or in‐houseKnowledge of commercial contracts and consumer lawWhat type of candidate will be successful?
