The role
Working closely with the lead agent, you will be involved across the entire sales process, including:
Prospecting and database management
Buyer follow-up and relationship management
Open homes and buyer inspections
Buyer callbacks
Supporting negotiations
Vendor and buyer communication
Appraisal preparation and listing opportunities
Supporting sales campaigns from listing through to settlement
Identifying new business opportunities
Building relationships throughout the local market
About you
You will already have real estate sales experience and be serious about building a successful long-term career in sales.
Hungry, proactive and highly motivated, you will bring solid communication skills, a genuine passion for property and the drive to learn from a proven industry performer.
