You'll play a key role in ensuring solutions are thoroughly tested and fit for purpose, working closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, developers, and vendors.
In this role you will:Plan, prepare and execute testing across SIT, End-to-End, UAT and Regression phasesDevelop test scenarios, test cases and test data from business requirementsCoordinate testing activities across multiple workstreams and projectsPartner with business stakeholders to facilitate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Identify,



investigate and manage defects through to resolutionSupport release validation and production verification activitiesProvide testing status updates, reporting and recommendations to stakeholdersHow do you exceed ourexpectations?
You will have strong experience in SIT, End-to-End, UAT and Regression TestingProven ability to analyse requirements and create effective test coverageExperience executing manual testing and coordinating testing activitiesStrong defect management and problem-solving skillsExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively across both business and technology teamsExperience within superannuation or financial servicesExperience testing digital customer or member-facing applicationsExposure to Azure DevOps, Jira, Xray or similar testing toolsISTQB certification (preferred)The Aware SuperdifferenceAt Aware Super, we believe that diversityof thought, background and experience creates better outcomes for our people,members and communities.
