Store Manager – Ironman 4x4 Wetherill ParkLead Sydney's newest Ironman 4x4 flagship storeAn exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and driven Store Manager to take the lead at the brand-new Ironman 4x4 Wetherill Park flagship location.With the store currently under construction and opening soon, this is a rare opportunity to join us from the very beginning.You won't simply be taking over an established store.
You'll have the opportunity to help build the team, establish the culture, drive the store's performance and play a major role in making Wetherill Park one of Sydney's leading 4x4 destinations.We're looking for someone who takes ownership, leads from the front and is equally comfortable managing people, driving sales and getting involved in the day‐to‐day operation of the business.The RoleAs Store Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the performance and day‐to‐day operation of Ironman 4x4 Wetherill Park.You'll work closely with the business owners and lead both the sales and workshop teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving strong commercial results.Your responsibilities will include:Leading, motivating and developing a high‐performing teamDriving retail, trade and fleet sales performanceManaging sales targets, KPIs and gross profitEnsuring customers receive an exceptional experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handoverOverseeing quoting, follow‐ups and sales conversionCoordinating effectively between the showroom, sales team and workshopManaging workflow and ensuring customer commitments are achievedRecruiting, onboarding and developing team membersMaintaining presentation and operational standards throughout the storeManaging stock, inventory and general store operationsBuilding relationships with customers, suppliers,



dealerships and local businessesIdentifying opportunities to grow the Wetherill Park businessCreating a positive, accountable and performance‐driven team cultureLeading from the front and being willing to get involved wherever requiredAbout YouWe're looking for someone with strong leadership skills and a genuine desire to build a successful business and team.Ideally, you will have:Previous experience managing a retail, automotive, 4x4 or similar businessProven people leadership and team management experienceStrong sales and commercial abilityExperience working with sales targets, KPIs and gross marginsExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong organisational and time‐management skillsThe ability to manage a fast‐paced workplace and multiple prioritiesA hands‐on leadership styleA high level of accountability and attention to detailA genuine interest in the automotive or 4x4 industryExperience within the 4x4 accessory industry is highly regarded but not essential.
Robust automotive retail or dealership experience would also be highly valued.Why Join Us?
