Clinical Applications & Customer Success Manager – IVFThis is a hands-on role combining clinical applications, customer success, account management and commercial coordination.
You will work directly with embryologists, andrologists, laboratory managers, fertility clinics and commercial partners.
Your focus will be turning interest in FelixTM into effective implementation, ongoing product use and strong customer relationships.Key responsibilitiesGuide clinics and distributors through evaluation, onboarding and implementationCoordinate product demonstrations, user training and follow-up supportProvide first-line assistance with routine clinical, workflow and product-use enquiriesBuild trusted relationships with embryologists, laboratory managers and commercial partnersFollow up leads and help progress prospective customers through to adoptionMaintain account plans, onboarding schedules and agreed next actionsMonitor clinic adoption, cartridge utilisation and repeat-order requirementsKeep customer and pipeline information accurate and current within Cin7 and other commercial systemsCoordinate customer requirements across clinical, production, supply,
