Outstanding Southern Bank in Melbourne’s South Yarra is hiring a Contact Centre Specialist to be the first point of contact for inbound customer calls and deliver an exceptional service experience. This full time role offers a solid foundation for a long-term career in banking and prospects to learn about our products.

You will join a friendly, coaching-focused team and work a five-day rotating roster from Monday to Saturday, 8am to 7pm, 7.5 hours per day.
