Job Description

Ballarat Surgicentre is seeking an experienced receptionist to join its friendly, supportive team in Ballarat. This is an ongoing casual position for 2 days per week, with hours Monday to Friday and shifts starting at 8 am.

The role involves greeting patients, managing appointment lists, processing claims and maintaining records. The successful candidate will have medical reception experience, a customer service focus, solid organisational and communication skills, and excellent IT literacy.
