Fuse Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Sweeper Operator to join a well-established manufacturing site for an ongoing Temp to perm assignment . The Client: /n

A National brand specialising in the cement and timber building industries, located in Carole Park.

The Role: /n

Operate an industrial ride-on sweeper to maintain a clean, safe, and organised manufacturing site. Duties include sweeping production, warehouse, and outdoor areas, removing waste and debris, completing daily pre-start equipment checks, and reporting any maintenance issues.

You'll work independently while following all site safety procedures and supporting the overall housekeeping standards of the facility.



This is a hands-on role suited to someone with previous industrial or manufacturing experience who takes pride in maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.

Your main duties will also include: /n

Operate industrial ride-on sweeping equipment throughout the site

/n
Maintain cleanliness of production, warehouse, and outdoor areas.

/n
Collect and dispose of waste and debris safely.

/n
Conduct routine pre-start checks and basic maintenance of equipment.

/n
Follow all site safety procedures and workplace policies.

/n
Support the production team by maintaining a clean and hazard-free environment.

/n

This is a loud, dusty and at times dirty environment to work in.

The Candidate: /n

To be successful in obtaining this role you will have experience:

/n

/n
Previous experience operating industrial sweepers or similar machinery.

/n
Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial workplace.

/n
Solid commitment to workplace health and safety.

/n
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

/n
Physically fit and capable of working in an industrial setting.

/n
Current driver's licence and reliable transport.

/n
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol medical test
