About the Role

As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard of workmanship. You will coordinate trades, manage site operations, and be the key point of contact between management, contractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities
Manage subcontractors and trades to ensure schedules are met
Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company safety procedures
Monitor quality control and workmanship standards
Read and interpret plans,



specifications, and scopes of work
Manage site documentation, reporting, and progress updates
Resolve in office issues efficiently and professionally

About You
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor (residential and/or commercial)
Solid knowledge of construction methods and building regulations
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple trades and priorities
Solid focus on safety, quality, and deadlines
White Card (essential)
Current driver's licence (essential)
