About the role

Better Call Kel' is seeking two current team members (one full time and one part time) in Toowoomba, Queensland. Ideally the new members would hold a relevant trade or have experience as a trade's assistant or handyman.

We provide services to major Real Estate agencies in the Toowoomba region, to assist with both renovations for rental or sale purposes and maintaining these properties to a high standard. This means there is variety of the jobs we undertake, to keep it engaging. We also have a large private portfolio.

Key responsibilities
Perform renovation, maintenance and other tasks
Respond promptly to service requests
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with clients,



tenants and businesses
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to relevant safety and building regulations

About you
Experience with a trade or as a trades assistant
Strong working knowledge of general building maintenance, or other related skills
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively to meet client deadlines
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with clients, tenants and businesses
A valid driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle
Demonstrated commitment to secure, quality workmanship
