We're currently recruiting for an HR Advisor to join a well-established and growing business based in Western Sydney.

Reporting into the HR Manager, you'll be part of a close-knit team supporting a large operational workforce. This is a true generalist role where you'll get involved across recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, performance management and day-to-day support for leaders and employees.

This role would suit someone who enjoys being on the floor, building relationships with stakeholders and partnering with managers to solve people-related issues.

What you'll be doing
Managing recruitment across a range of positions
Supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle activities
Providing advice to managers on people matters
Assisting with employee relations and performance issues
Supporting payroll and HR administration processes
Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
Coordinating training and development activities
Assisting with workforce planning and reporting

About you




Previous experience in a HR Advisor or HR Generalist role
Solid understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice
Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment
Confident building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Robust organisational and communication skills
Experience within manufacturing, logistics, FMCG or a similar environment will be highly regarded
