We are looking for two friendly and proactive Retail Sales Assistants to join our founding team.Key responsibilitiesProvide warm, attentive customer service, product advice, and gift wrappingProcess sales accurately through our POS systemMaintain store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising displaysAssist with opening/closing, receiving deliveries, stock pricing, and basic online order packingHelp operate the Matcha Bar (taking orders, preparing simple drinks, and maintaining bar cleanliness)About youWarm, approachable communicator with fluent spoken EnglishHigh attention to detail with a natural flair for keeping spaces tidy and organizedGenuine interest in design, stationery, homewares, and lifestyle productsReliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a small retail environmentFlexibility to work across weekdays and weekends (previous retail or café experience is a plus)
