The Role
Reporting to the Head of Talent, you'll drive full cycle recruiting on a prioritised set of trades and operational roles across all of our OpCos (operating companies) — while equipping GMs and hiring managers to confidently run structured interviews and own lower-priority roles themselves using our Lighthouse Recruiting Playbook.
This isn't a role where you wait for perfect process.
You'll move fast, build trust with GMs across the portfolio, and materially level up hiring capability across the business.
Success here creates a genuine platform to grow within Lighthouse's People & Talent function as we scale.
What You'll Do
Lead fullcycle recruiting on priority trades and operational roles across all OpCos, based on volume, criticality,

What You Bring
2–5+yearsoffull-cyclerecruitingexperience,ideallyinblue-collar,trades,ormulti-siteoperationalbusinessesAtrackrecordacrossthefullcycle—sourcing,screening,interviewing,closing—forhigh-volume,high-turnoverrolesTheabilitytobuildtrustfastwithGMsandoperationalleaders,andcredibilitywithbothblue-collarandcorporatestakeholdersAscrappy,resourcefulmindset—comfortableoperatingwithoutfullymaturesystemsinplaceATSexperienceandenthusiasmforchampioningstandardisedtoolsandframeworksAdegreeinHR,Psychology,orarelatedfieldisaplus—butstrongrecruitingresultsandrelevantexperiencematterjustasmuch
