you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of billing and receipting services while building the capability of your team and maintaining solid financial controls.Key responsibilities include:Leading and developing the Billing and Receipting team to deliver accurate, timely and responsive servicesOverseeing school fee statements, receipt allocations and end-of-month processingManaging accounts receivable and family debtor account dataEnsuring accurate reconciliations across financial systems, the general ledger and overseas student visa recordsCoordinating refunds, payment arrangements, account transfers, discounts and fee adjustmentsSupporting the annual school fee-setting and budgeting processesResponding to complex enquiries from families, schools and internal stakeholdersMaintaining effective billing and receipting controls, policies and procedures
