We are partnering exclusively with a growing global organisation to recruit aPeople & Culture Advisor into a broad, hands‐on HR role supporting employees and leaders across Australia and New Zealand.
This is an opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys being close to the business, providing practical advice and taking ownership across the full employee lifecycle.The organisation operates across multiple business areas and is looking for someone who can balance strong HR fundamentals with a pragmatic, commercial and people-focused approach.
Reporting into the People & Culture function, you will provide day-to-day HR advice and support to leaders and employees while contributing to broader people initiatives and projects.You will play an important role in ensuring HR processes are consistent, compliant and practical, while also identifying opportunities to improve the employee experience and ways of working.Key responsibilities will include:Providing practical HR advice and support across the full employee lifecycleSupporting onboarding, offboarding, performance management, annual review processes, employee engagement, benefits and reward & recognitionProviding advice and support on employee relations matters, including performance, conflict, disciplinary matters, complaints and grievancesConducting investigations and supporting appropriate resolution of employee mattersManaging and maintaining the organisation's HRIS, ensuring employee records, contracts and HR data are accurate and up to dateSupporting managers and employees with HR systems and processes and identifying opportunities to improve workflows and reportingSupporting the delivery and implementation of HR policies and proceduresKeeping up to date with Australian and New Zealand employment legislation and advising the business on relevant changes and impactsPartnering with the wider People & Culture team on HR projects,



initiatives and continuous improvementBuilding strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisationIdentifying opportunities to improve HR processes, employee experience and overall efficiencyAbout YouWe're looking for a confident and commercially minded HR skilled who can operate across both HR advisory and HR operations.You'll ideally bring:Experience in a People & Culture / HR Advisor or similar generalist roleStrong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and practical HR applicationIdeally, experience working across Australia and Current ZealandSolid employee relations experience, including performance management, investigations and conflict resolutionExperience working with an HRIS and maintaining accurate employee dataStrong understanding of HR policies, processes and complianceExperience supporting or delivering HR projects and process improvement initiativesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracyA proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approachThe confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels and provide sound, practical adviceThis role would suit someone who enjoys variety and wants to be more than an administrative HR resource.
