Sydney | FMCG & Manufacturing SectorField Service Engineer (Industrial Coding & Packaging Systems)Join a High-Performance Service TeamLETO Technology is a premium provider of industrial coding and identification systems, supporting some of Australia's leading FMCG, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing businesses.As we continue to scale nationally, we're building a high-performance service team focused on reliability, technical excellence, and customer outcomes - not just activity.If you take ownership, solve problems properly the first time, and hold yourself to a high standard - you'll fit right in.The RoleThis is a hands-on, customer-facing Field Service Engineer role supporting high-speed production environments.You'll be trusted to diagnose, resolve, and prevent issues across critical production equipment - where downtime matters.Basic product training will be provided; however, this role is best suited to someone who can hit the ground running, applying existing technical experience while continuing to develop and refine their capability on the job.Install, commission, and maintain CIJ, TIJ, TTO, Laser, LPA & LCM systemsDiagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and software faultsDeliver first-time fix outcomes in quick-paced production environmentsPerform preventative and predictive maintenance activitiesTrain operators and maintenance teams on correct system useAccurately complete service reports, parts usage, and asset records within a Service CRMManage and maintain motor vehicle stock, ensuring readiness and control of parts and toolsSupport customer improvements, upgrades, and reliability initiativesWork closely with internal teamsMeet assigned KPIs across utilisation, service quality, and commercial contributionThis role includes Regular State-Based and Interstate-Based Travel,
