This is a remote, commission-only independent contractor opportunity with uncapped earning potential.Key responsibilitiesIdentify and contact childcare centres requiring casual staffing or permanent recruitment supportBuild relationships with centre directors and decision-makersGenerate leads, arrange meetings and secure new client agreementsMaintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and client progressSupport ongoing relationships with newly acquired clientsAbout youPrevious experience in recruitment, business development or agency salesStrong preference for childcare recruitment experience and existing industry connectionsProven ability to win new clients and generate businessExcellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently and manage your own schedule
