You'll be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure our soup and dips are produced safely, efficiently and to a high standard.Tasks include:Operating automated filling and packaging machinery on our production linesSetting up, adjusting and monitoring machinery to maintain efficient productionMonitoring product fill weights, quality and packaging standardsPerforming routine machine checks and basic troubleshootingIdentifying and reporting equipment faults,



breakdowns or production issuesMaintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and workplace safetyWorking closely with the production team to minimise downtime and meet production targetsAssisting with cleaning and routine maintenance of machinery and equipmentYou'll play an important role in keeping our production lines running smoothly while ensuring every product meets our quality standards.What we're looking forPrevious experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment is essentialExperience with automated filling, processing or packaging equipment is highly regardedStrong understanding of food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirementsAbility to monitor machinery, identify issues and respond to production problemsGood attention to detail, particularly around product quality and machine performanceA proactive, team-first attitude and willingness to take responsibilityReliable and flexible across your assigned shift patternThe detailsLocation: Marrickville, Sydney NSW — 50m from Sydenham StationShifts available: 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm (shift penalties apply)Employment type: Casual initially, with the potential to transition to a permanent full-time position based on business needs and performance.Pay: Competitive pay rate
