This is the kind of role that can actually take you somewhere.Our client is a highly regarded Eastern Beaches agency is looking for a driven Sales Associate to join a close-knit team where training, progression and internal growth are genuinely part of the culture.You won't be buried in admin for the next three years.You'll be working alongside experienced agents, learning how to prospect, win business, manage buyers, run campaigns and build the skills you'll eventually need to step into your own sales career.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGThis is a hands-on sales role, so expect to be involved in:Prospecting and building relationships with local ownersBuyer follow-up and database managementAttending open homes, inspections and auctionsSupporting appraisals and listing presentationsFollowing up vendors and prospective clientsAssisting across live sales campaignsLearning how strong agents structure their week, pipeline and conversationsBuilding your own confidence, market knowledge and sales abilityWHO WILL DO WELL HEREYou do not need years of experience.Around six months in real estate would be ideal,
