You'll have broad responsibility across the finance function, real exposure to the operational side of the business, and a CFO who'll actually teach you rather than just hand off work.
What you'll be doing:
Leading month-end close — reconciliations, adjusting entries, balance sheet work
Overseeing inventory accounting and verification across multiple branch locations
Preparing financial reports and variance commentary for branch managers and leadership
Supporting budgeting and forecasting preparation
Driving cost analysis, working capital, and commercial decision-making as you settle in
Working across multiple entities — state-based structures, trusts, group reporting
