Job Description
Manage DC operations in a modern facility to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
Manage a large network of 3PL providers.
Have a solid background in SAP WM
Develop and implement strategies to optimise logistics and supply chain processes.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet business and customer demands.
Lead, mentor, and support the logistics team to achieve operational goals.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all distribution activities.
Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to maintain solid relationships and streamline workflows.
Analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Oversee budget management and cost control for the logistics department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful National Warehouse Manager should have:
Proven expertise in logistics and supply chain management within the retail industry.
MUST have SAP WM background
Strong leadership and team management skills to drive performance.
Experience in process optimisation and cost management.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
